Corporate events in Sacramento
Most of my corporate shows have been in the Bay Area and Reno, for companies like Apple, IBM, and Hewlett Packard. My first corporate show was in 1976, so I’ve seen just about every kind of company party there is. For a Sacramento company I can do strolling magic during the mixer, a stage show after dinner, or both. Either way, your people put their phones down and talk to each other.
Private parties in Sacramento
For a holiday party, an anniversary, or a milestone birthday at home, I bring close-up magic and mind reading right to the table, and just about everybody ends up part of it. For a bigger crowd I can do a parlor or stage show instead. Tell me how many people and where, and I’ll tell you which one fits.
Mentalism
Most people know me for magic first. Mentalism is the part where I tell someone what they’re only thinking, and it works close-up at a table or on a stage.
Where I work
Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove, Davis, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, and everywhere in between are a short drive from home. Outside the Sacramento area I also work the Bay Area, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, and Arizona.
I’ve been working Sacramento for years
My longest local run has been at the fairs, as my pirate character, Capt’n Jack Spareribs. I performed at the California State Fair at Cal Expo from 2015 through 2025, and at the Sacramento County Fair for years alongside it, with a full pirate shipwreck. Away from the fairs, I’ve done a week-long run at Hollywood’s Magic Castle.
